Created while out on a cold December morning with good friend Daniel Cadieux of this forum we found a small flock of Grosbeaks with many males that afforded us numerous opportunities , Canon 20D w/200 F/2.8L , F/8.0 @ 1/1000sec, ISO 400, Ev Comp 0.67

Nice head on, Wayne. I would maybe clone out the berry remains on the left?

Thanks Jody that would require rebuilding a small portion of the branch and quite honestly my PP skills are not that advanced. I did try several times but it never looked right on the rebuild so I left it in

Very interesting view of this bird, Wayne. I think I need to go find some flowering crabapple trees. :)

Another easier option, instead of rebuilding the hidden part of the tail, would be to eliminate it completely! It is already clipped, and it just as easily could have been pointed straight back instead and invisible to start with anyhow. I like this image alot...quite the puff-ball :-)

This is almost like an abstract. My eyes are all over the place. Very sharp and good exposure.
