Hi Dawn, the darker head, grayish upper body, and whitish lower body and "flycatcher" shape and bill all point towards Eastern Phoebe. You might have noticed it flicking its tail while observing it too...these guys often tend to do that.
Before I had read Daniels note, looking at the picture. Sorry it was a Phoebe. Phoebe's also when they fly after insects do not return to the same perch as some of the other flycatchers do. You captured a nice habitat picture. You could try a tighter crop all around
Thanks for all the help - I had totally missed the section of my bird guide with the phoebes. This is my first season as a 'birder' and I've got a lot to learn.
