    40D. 400f5.6L at f/6.3. iso 320. 1/3200s. I was set up with high SS as I wanted the bill throw shot which the bird never did

    Nicely exposed, sharp, like the head position, perch.
    Looks like he has some monofilament fishing line stuck on his rear. I always hate to see that.

    Beautiful exposure and lighting. I like the head turn. Good catch Randy on the monofilament. That is frustrating to see.

    Love the pose and eye contact. A shame about the fishing line! I think you could go a little brighter on the whites.

    Hi Kaustubh, Not seen a Pelikan in this pose before I like it a lot. Good detail and exposure and lovely colours on the bill. HA and perch are great.

    KD, very well exposed for the whites. Nice HA and eye contact. The mono-filament line is a shame.
