I believe this is a Savannah Sparrow. Those I've seen have a bit more yellow around and above the eye, but that would be my guess.
Fine streaking on the underparts, that bit of yellowish in the face (which Maureen pointed out is often brighter), the slightly peaked crown, and the long thin bill (well, long and thin for a sparrow) all make this a Savannah.
