Here's a nice green shot for SPD. This is a backlit Skunk Cabbage leaf. Backlighting provided by a sunny morning. These leaves will be popping up in the swampy areas in a few more weeks, can't wait!! Fuji S2 Pro, Sigma 180 macro, Tripod, F22.

A common subject Mike that we so often take for granted until seen in such detail. The careful composition here has created an interesting, symmetrical design with just enough shadow to provide some modelling. Nice one!

    Hi Mike,

Great image as is, very nice light and full of details, this is one of those times, when only if an anole or frog jumped up onto the otherside of the leaf. We ant have everything....

I like this one Mike. We'll have to wait for at least a month before we start to see plants emerging here. I've still got 7-8 feet of snow on my front lawn! :(

    Hey Mike,
I'm trying this one in a few weeks. I'd probable prefer a little off center with more room to one side and may even go for a diagonal. As always, Inspiring and very well done,
    Roman
