This is a blur of some weeds that I took several months ago. I positioned myself so I'd have a dark background. I thought I'd try some new treatments that I don't usually use - I used Glowing Edge, blended with Difference, then Shear blended at 50% so I'd get an overlap and then usm to retrieve some of the detail.
    Thanks for looking.
    comments & suggestions appreciated.:)

Cheryl, your new treatment certainly paid off! I love this blur and the how thoughtfully you composed it. Great colors and love the flow of the weeds. Nicely done.

I think this is one of my favorites of yours, Cheryl! The sweeping angles of the grass and the changes from light to dark are lovely! I especially like how it's blurred, though...you can still see the individual stalks without seeing all the detail - really well done!

Very neat blur treatment, Cheryl! The grasses have a great flow, and I love the subtle variety of colors throughout the image. :)

Very nice, Cheryl! Nothing to add to the comments above except how much I love using the Difference blend mode for OOTB editing! :)
