I might consider removing the OOF branch touching his bak, and maybe the OOF foreground branch at the top.
Alternately, you could do some cropping to go more for a portrait format. He currently is on the ROT point, which does work well for small in frame subjects, so cropping is just an option.
The cute and inquisitive subject could use some sharpening and is lost in the jumble of branches. Was the bird coming for seed?

One of our feeders is one meter to the left. Last year, we placed the feeders closer to our house and with a less cluttered background. Unfortunately, that position caused some accidents as some birds collided with our big windows. The new positions are much better in this way and we have now much more species at the feeders.
I have to live with the background, but the birds counts first :)
I understand that you have to live with the BKGR but do you have to live with the perch? Is the perch something you erected or is it a live bush?
