Good that you got the whole thing in the frame. I like the view of the near wing and the spread tail but the head facing totally away is a deal-breaker for me.
The image as a whole is dark, noisy, and a bit over-saturated. You need to work on your image optimization skills.

Nice action with the water droplets. I don't really think you needed F10 here. You could have gone 1/1600 and F8 and that would have allowed you to drop from 800 to 400 iso which would make a big difference with noise and image quality with that body.
