    This was taken at ft.desoto (st. petersburg, FL) just before sunset a couple of weeks ago.

    Canon 20d
    300 f/4 L +1.4
    5.6, 1/200, ISO 400

    Chad, with this image some people may get the impression that you're good at this photography thing :D The off-axis light angle, delicate pose, and warm vertical lines in the background make this image what it is. Very special.

    Wow, Chad!! Great photo! I will be visiting Ft. Desoto next week, I hope the herons are still there. My photos won't be as good, but the birds will still be as gorgeous!
