Taken this afternoon. I was stoked to get the wingstretch, but not too keen on the rocks in the bg.

Cloned some rocks under the bird, curves, levels, sat adjust.

Very nice pose given by the bird, I too like the full wing stretch. The sharpness, details and exposure are very good too. I don't mind about the OOF rock in the background except the very bright top middle one, I think the large brown ones in the top right help frame the bird well.

Wonderful full wing extension, head angle, exposure and detail. Very nicely captured. Were it mine I might be tempted to try a version without any bg rocks, just to see what it looks like. But great shot, rocks or not.

Bill, I did a version where I removed all the bg objects, but I thought this was nicer. I couldn't make the water look natural, it was all smooth and looked edited.

Mark, I think if you took out the rocks on the left frame edge and the one OOF light brown spot at the top of the frame this would feel a lot cleaner and get you to where you'd like it much better. I think the top rock formation adds to the image as it envelopes the wing stretch (as opposed to intersecting it) so I feel that part works very well. A few quick clone edits and I think this would be really nice!

Lovely wing stretch and very nice details throughout the entire bird. Exposure looks good - good contrast on the bird. You also might try to lighten the shadowed area of the rocks as well so blend better with the FG rocks. Nice composition and crop also!
