Another winter cardinal image. I used PB Oil Paint and Topaz Adjust on the bird, a frame from PhotoFrame with a snowflake overlay on top, tinted with red and added glitz with brushes.

I decided to ditch the red-tinted snowflakes and leave it the original color but I added a bevel and emboss layer style for more definition
