    Galliani:

I really like the misty ranges of hills, with the dark, crisp silhouette of the stork.
In a perfect world, I would prefer the stork to be just a bit more to the right, in the notch , a tiny bit more separation from the hill line, but it is very interesting as is.

    Cheers

Very well done Galliani. Love the layers of ridges and the nice stork silhouette.

    Galliani:

Please be sure to include your camera, lens and setting info, as well as any post processing done.

In looking at the image further, I think you can play around with this one a lot, doing some tonal adjustments to emphasize or demphasize different areas. I fiddled around with it a bit in ACR and made some targeted curves adjustments to the darks and shadows, lots of neat options.

Really nice shot. Interesting and unique - there are so many great bird shots out there, that they begin to look a like - so it is special when you have something new and different.

I really like all the different layers and shades of silhouette. Very cool effect.
