Todd:
The look of concern really comes across on the cubs face!
I think the basic comp is effective because of the positioning of the bears.
Perhaps a sliver more space below.
On my monitor, the image looks just a bit flat, perhaps a smidge more contrast.
Cheers
Randy
Nice interaction and I really like the look on the cubs face.
Love the facial expressions and the way the two animals are standing together. Would agree with Randy's assessment regarding the flatness .
I would agree that a bit more room on the bottom would be nice. Not sure were you are at with such things but I would recommend cloning out the small sets of leaves protruding into the left side of the frame opposite the cubs head.
Thanks for the feedback, seems I have leaning towards a less contrasty image these days. Here is a repost with a bit more punch and removal of a few leaves for Robert :) See what you think.
Thanks again,
Todd
The leaves didn't fuss me, but I think you have improved the image by making it a bit more punchy so I go with the 2nd post. BTW, taking out those leaves has made me look closer at that area of bear fur and I wonder if you've had to remove some other vegetation as some of the leaves seem to disappear into thin air. Just wondering.
One lovely interaction captured here Todd , Looks like you have spent blast of time with these guys :)
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays

Your repost a def improvement Todd. Nicely done.
Repost is an improvement Todd, like the protective pose of mum and the concerned look on the cub, nicely done.

Todd, I like your choice of comp, and the look back pose of the youngster puts this up a notch. Another vote for a little more room below, and well done on the repost.
Todd,
Comp works very well, and this is a fine image.
Best,
Chas
Hi Todd, for me it's a little of each posting. There is some nice detail in the cub and with a little more 'tweaking in PS I think you could be there. Work on the cub & the mother head IMHO. Agree on the little bit of gardening, has improved it. :)

Post Production: It’s ALL about what you do with the tools and not, which brand of tool you use.
Thanks for the comments, much appreciated.
Hilary: Leaves didn't bother me either, just removed a few as Robert had suggested to have a look.
Harshad: Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to you as well.
