    Shoveler been cordon by Coot
    Nov 14, 2010, 9:48am
    Taken with 1D Mark IV, 500 F/4, 1.4 TC
    1/4000, f/7.1, ISO 640 @ 700mm

It was really a funny moment as when we compare coot with shoveler always shoveler wins but the female was been trapped and cordon by two coot seems she was entering the coot confidential zone :)

Luckiest part for me was like all three were in single pane and so the focus was on the same pane for three of them.

Mital, very well done. These are essentially low percentage shots. Well seen and executed. Perfect DOF, poses and low angle. Exposure looks very good. If mine, I'd crop some from below.

Well seen and captured. Techs look good. Agree with crop suggestion as well.

Mital, I love this shot -- just as posted. I like multiple birds in one image . . .

Nice composition. I like the bird on the left with the open wings.

    Default Great

    I do like this shot.

It has character if that is the right word. There is something about to happen and our friend in the middle does not look to pleased.

    Mital:

This a very fun capture, makes me smile. Fine techs, well timed, nice exposure to hold the white shield and still show details in the blacks.

    Cheers

Strong all around. The poses are remarkable! Eye contact, plus none touching the other.
