Troy:
I really like the fluffed up feathers.
The rock in the background makes a bit of an unusual background for a woody, nice to see some variety.
The reflection in the eye seems to reduce the apparent sharpness, and you might be able to do a little eye doctor work there.
The image would present better at the full 1024 width, hard to judge subtle details as posted.
cheers
Randy
Well exposed colours with your flashwork Troy. A simple pose that works well, and I dont mind the OOF BG. I assume the glazed eye is from the flash - as Randy pointed out, a little eye doctor will do the trick.
Troy, liked the pose, colors, exposure, subject placement and sharpness. Not a fan of that Bg but in a zoo, one's hands are tied.
Made an interesting image considering hard to deal with surrounding Troy.
Looks like you made the most of a tough situation. The exposure, details, and pose are all good. That BG really bugs me though. You might be able to even it out with some clone stamp work at low opacity.
Looking forward to more!!
nice mice when are you coming to west palm thanks for the menu settings

Thank you guys.
Aidan, I like the pose, most duck shots are swimming in the water, so I made the best of this opportunity. Prefer cleaner BG also.
Stuart, I will go over there sometimes. You are welcome on the menu. Try it out and see if it works for you.
Like the pose Troy. Agree with the others about the eye work. Happy holidays!
