It was too close to make a full reflection.
Thank you for all C and C.

Hullo Haim, looks a pretty good shot to me. Like the colour and sharpness around the head, the suspended water droplets behind the bird, the trail of disrupted water behind, and the wing position.
Would have liked even more a little space above and below the bird, to get the whole reflection. Using fixed lenses is tough!
    Cheers

Technicals look great with nice details in the blacks. To my eyes the cormorant is ducking to stay in the picture so I agree with more room on the top. The reflection looks really good

I agree with the above I would add canvas to the top. Do not care about the reflection not being complete

Great wing position and exposure. Ditto Myer's comments about the canvas. Purists might have wished his head was turned just a tad.

Good pose...I like the wing position here, and also the wet look to the feathers. I'm not sure what amount of canvas you had to play with originally, but as posted I would crop out about half the reflection, and add the equivalent space above. A higher ISO and its resulting higher SS would have helped you freeze the front part of the wing (when there is blur in the wings I prefer alittle more than here, so fully frozen would have been my preference in this case).

I like the wing position for the take off, and good point by Dan with regards to space. Well captured.
