    Manjeet and Yograj - there is lots to like about this shot. Very nice pose captured in nice lighting. There are lots of pleasing colors and I like the composition. It looks to me like the dark blacks have lost their detail, and I would consider smoothing over the OOF highlights below the bird's left foot and in the mound in front of the bird - they are a bit distracting. The pink parts of the sky are also a bit distracting, although they seem to frame the bird somewhat so maybe are not a problem.

    Your suggestions Will definitely improve the image
    the pink in the water is the reflection of the flamingos feeding in the background :)
