This time taken in Mapula, Botswana which was at the time a great place for Wild Dog, they had two litters for two years in sucession. There was an article about this rarity in Africa Geographic (March 2008) featuring images by Christope Corteau. 15th September 2008.

Large crop to eliminate strong shadow on ground.

Nice image Ken! A little bit crop from the bottom would be good for me. Thanks for sharing.

Ken - great light on the eye and like the pose. I'm seeing the halo too and also down the back.

Love the light here Ken and the inquisitive nature of this little one, well depicted.
Slight halo, easily solved by taking down the S/H in PS most likely?

I never use S/H so I can only wonder what it is?

There is nothing at all on the TIFF at 500%, and to be quite honest I see nothing on the JPEG either.

I agree with Sabyasachi's suggestion on the crop.

Harshad I have been very lucky with Wild Dogs, but I have had determined guides and trackers and even spot them firsts sometimes, well it happened once:)

Good looking inquisitive pose on the pup. Nice light, colors and sharpness. Halo mentioned and can be seen on my monitor as well.
    Well done.
