Default Another Moab Christmas Light Blur

Here is one for OOTB. This was a zoom blur where I held the ring of my 24-105mm lens twisted the zoom dial CCW and tried to bend my body CW all at the same time. These are Christmas lights, the blue was a reindeer, the white is a large tree, and the reds are small shrubs. I went for a central dark spot as my anchor spot. A few tries later (and a couple of adjustments) and this is what I got...ISO 200 f/13. SS .4 :p

Fantastic! The colors and the zoom/spin really come together nicely for this one. Love it!:)

    Hey Nick,
I used this spot too! I just didn't do the contortions you did:D. Didn't want to embarass myself if I fell down while trying it!!! I think you placed the dark areas nicly through the scene and all the colors worked great!

Great idea and execution, Nick. Thanks for sharing the "how". :) I like the final color shape and the black BG.

This is really cool, Nick! Your choice of the dark anchor spot was a good one!

Big fun, love the colors! I wish I could have seen you and Roman twitching around in the dark taking pictures... For an added twist, try holding the zoom ring and turning the camera. :D
