    Default Red Leaf....Hand of Man

A week or so ago I did a test to see if I could make a Photoshop action out of a complete edit from start to finish, mainly to record all the steps so I'd remember exactly what I did. It worked fine. The fun began when I started applying this action to random shots. :)

This was a shot that was destined for the trash but when I applied the action, it gave me a crop I never would have considered. This isn't exactly what the action came up but it pointed me in this direction. I think it would have looked better if it were a child's hand instead of my grungy, fingernail-chewed monstrosity but what can you do? :D

Neat! I like the way the backlit leaf is held against the sky with your man hands!!:) I do wish that the leaf itself were in better shape but I do like the hole-nice job!!

    Hey Ken,
So that's what you were talking about in macro!!! Pretty wild! I like the hole in the leaf and all in all.....the concept worked well. This is OOTB......so selecting your fingers and shrinking them.....may work:o......I know how much you like to play.....so figured I'd plant the idea!

The leaf itself has a lovely color and I like the backlighting. The hand and the branches don't quite work for me. Looking forward to more.
