Default Predator & Prey: R-B Merganser and Oyster Toadfish

Not one of my best due to harsh light and long distance, but I was stunned when this feeding Red-breasted Merganser came up with an Oyster Toadfish. I had caught plenty of these as a kid, but I always thought they were more denizens of the back bays and not a sandy inlet. If anybody has any suggestions on how to improve the shot, please let me know. I can post the original if interested.

Looks like you got goo light on the bird and nice sharp details for the distance you had. The fish puts it over the top.

Pretty cool no matter what the distance....we seldom see these birds up here...and when we do their miles away...nice capture, fish a bonus

The huge waves and catch make this one a real winner, Paul. I looked at it for a lonnnnggg time so I must have really liked it. Thanks.
