Nice clarity and sharpness on this one Harshad, with just the right amount in the eye. Looks a well fed cub, trust it wasn't one of the new arrivals on the air strip that was the meal. :D

I do like the placement within the frame and look back. Personally I might have done something with the grasses protruding above the head of the cub, but respect your thoughts on PS. If there had been an opportunity to have moved slightly you might have avoid them and still had the shot & look you got here? Still a nice shot.

Nice low angle and I like the way the cub is looking over it's shoulder. Nice colors in the background as well.

Nice pose/comp and look back; grass behind head does not bother me--I mean, hey, there's grass out there. Techs look spot on, as usual. Some people go to Africa and never see any lions. You have them waiting for you on the tarmac--you gotta love it! Cheers.

I really like the different colored layers in the BG. Stance and positioning of the lion different and interesting. If she had done this a foot or two to the left of this position, that pesky grass would not have been at the head position.

Love the colour here Harshad with a fine look back pose.

Great shot of a fat cub, Harshad. I like the markings on the critter as I'm not used to seeing this detail of the patterns on a young lion. Neat variety in the background as well to make the shot interesting. Great work.

    Harshad,

He looks jolly well fed, going by the faded spots and the initial development of the mane he must be over a year, but I am no expert.

    Great detail

Harshad - well done. I like the pose and it looks like he has a full belly.
