When these cooperative guys hung around for a bit earlier this year I made sure to take full advantage of it! Although I got many nice blue background images in sunny conditions, I like that I also took some during overcast conditions for different looks. It was actually raining when this image was taken...

A perfect portrait. The open beak is a plus, and the great exposure, pose, and perch make this image. You sure made the most of the opportunity!!

    Daniel:

Lovely soft light, well exposed, sharp, shooting angle.

    Well done.

Hi Daniel. This is a good-looking bird. The details are sharp, the background is pleasing, and the tones are wonderful.

Daniel, terrific shot. Sharp while still being subdued.

Sharpness, composition and exposure are of course fantastic. Really love the head angle and the hind of moisture on the rock. Perfect mood. JR

Good low perspective, and the colours stand out nicely against the overcast conditions. I like the HA and open beak.

    Daniel,

This is the nicest image of the three or so snow buntings I've seen at BPN this past month or so. Everything came together on this composition to make a real keeper here......I'm impressed. Good work!

Outstanding image Daniel. All has been said but I would like to add that the colours and detail have been captured brilliantly.

Daniel, you've been nailing these ones. All boxes ticked here....one heck of a shot.
