fantastic tim!! love the compo and colors on this one!
I really like the comp on this shot. I also like the complimentary effect of the plant and BG coloration to the bird's color. I really don't see any issues with this at all. Well done.
I love everything about this Tim!! Not a nit to be found.
OH TIM!!!! Daayem nice! Thats making great use of Catkins! All of the colors flow together so nicely, your time spent setting this up was well worth it!
Pretty sweet shot Tim, love the composition, is the catkin on the right partially snapped?
Nice image. Like the clean background and the perch.
hi Tim,
Love the pose and perch. The BG really makes your subject pop. Excellent work!
I will probably come across as the lone dissenter. I would like a tad more room on top and the bird set a bit towards the right. Other than that little nit (on my part) it excels.
These catkins are fun to photograph by themselves let alone with a siskin. Good work!

I know what Mike is trying to say, but I feel the catkins are placed just so to balance the image perfectly. A very succesful photograph!!

Very nice, Tim! An unusual pose and composition make it an eyecatcher!
A winner....... well done
Loads of impact here Tim - a really lovely image. The cascading flower heads add so much to the composition of this nicely portrayed Sisken. Well done!!
Great shot,big congrats Tim!
