This is a wonderful place in West Yellowstone, Montana, called The Hibernation Station. My wife and I stayed there in 2001. The original image was captured on a Sony CyberShot 2.1MP camera. This bronze sculpture of two elk is at the entrance.

Topaz Clean was the main ingredient, with a bit of Hue/Saturation stirred in.

Kerry, The effect really looks great. I might evict the tree? coming out of the top of the right elk if it were mine. The snow looks nice and the comp is wonderful!!:)

There is so much to like about this one! Love the crop and composition! The colors on the buildings are wonderful. The snow just adds a tremendous amount of interest. I thought very subtle Fractalius when I first saw it, but now understand that it was achieved with the Topaz filter.

Lovely snowy image Kerry! I like the Topaz effect which does give a fractal look and the colors are very nice.

Great effect, Kerry! Looks like a very picturesque place. Agree with Denise on removing the bits of tree coming out the top edge of the right elk.
