Roy, This isn't too graphic for me since the meal is unrecognizable. I like the high key BG and the sharp details. Pose and comp look good too. The darks look a tiny bit dark and contrasty to me. Nicely done!:)
Roy, I agree that this is not too graphic. I have taken, posted and printed much worse.
I like the BG, pose, eye contact anf the bit of food in the mouth.
I agree with Denise on darkness and contrast.

I'll make that three in a row on the darks being a bit too dark. Although I'm not a big fan of "meal in progress" images this one works for me because of that bit of meat at the end of his beak...that splash of color amidst all that brown and black really adds to the image!
