As usual: sharpness, exposure, composition are just fantastic. But I think the image would have been stronger if the left bird would be higher on the branch. The bill just seems a bit close to the branch.

Great picture nonetheless of course. JR

    Love the whole scene.
Background is pleasing and birds are sharp with a lot of details.

Really great interaction here with endless possibilities for humorous captions. I really like everything about this image; the light, the detail, the color, the way it pops from the bg and the Kiskadee pair...just great in everyway!

Great interaction in this image Alan with your usual excellent exposure, light and colour management. Love the expression of the bird on the left.

Love the pose of both birds. The open bill of the bird on the left looks great!

Got your signature all over it Alan:) Great sharpness, well planned and executed, getting both birds sharp at f/4 is extraordinary. Another cracker!

Alan, this is stunning. One of your best IMO. You positioned yourself perfectly...hard to get two birds so sharp at f/4 otherwise. perch, BG, colors, exposure....everything spot on as it always is in all of your images. Poses really take this one to the top.
