Hi Dave,
I love the Bg on this one and the details in the bird are great. But for me the Cattail perch overwhelms the bird.
I think I would try a landscape crop showing only a small portion of the cattail.

I think you are right Peter.
Even if I had cropped some off bottom would have been an improvement.

Johan I also liked the bg. There was a bit of snow falling that day so overcast conditions really smoothed things out.
