    Dear all

I am in debt to this Lioness for this image. I was lucky to shoot this within first 15 min of my African wilderness

This I think tells more of a story compared to the close-up Harshad. Well done

Sweet image Harshad. Although I liked the close up of this, I have to agree with Steve liking this even better. Beautiful exposure, sharpness and color. Well done.

Will you ever top the first fifteen minutes then? :)

It's such a fine image and you've really done it justice with the crop and whatever other little things you've done to it. Magic.

What I love the most about this image is the story of life and death that it tells.

    Very nice.
It sometimes seems that animals like assuming these (for us) incredibly expressive poses.
But then again cameras (and those who know how to use them) allow us to see them as they are.
    Well done !!

Good angle Harshadbhai, and I like the detail on the lioness. Her prey adds a lot to the image. Well captured.

The only thing in this female's mouth that would top this would be her young cub.:D:D:D

Another great shot Harshad. What a way to start a trip. The little rut she's walking through between the darker grasses adds a nice little splash of color and terrain.

Hi Harshad, excellent image in all respects. You have a story told without too much gore, and have done it well. What a way to start off your adventure. Hope to see many more from you..

Great shot, Harshad-bhai . . . truly an African dream shot. What is the species of animal in her mouth? Is it a young warthog?
