    Welcome back Harshad.
Love the pose and framing here.
However, trying to work out your tech's here?
It appears like harsh lighting hence B&W conv, but 1/60s suggests not?, was this in poor/low light?
Could you elaborate a bit more on this Harshad.
I see you got your Leopard :D:D:D
keen to hear how your trip went, your other post suggests disappointment?

    Thanks for the clarification Harshad.

I hadn't seen that one before.

    Harshad,

Before criticising I should say I have had the opportunity to see the original in JPEG, and I have to say the BG is next to impossible to improve other than adding a graduated filter, which I am sure Harshad would not approve of.

The crop works well, but I really do not think the B&W works for me.

Harshad - like the pose and comp. Would like to see color version to compare.

Sounds like difficult conditions. Great view of the cat and the comp works well. Conversion looks like maybe pushed a bit too far as there is a strong (thin) halo surrounding all elements in the image. Would also like to see what you were up against with the original.
Great sighting, too bad the conditions were against you. Good reason to return :D

Great eye contact and comp. Would also like to see the color version as well.

glad you got your leopard Bhai! that being said - I would love to see the original as this doesn't sit well with me...the conversion steps would also interest me? I particularly am bothered by the white outline along the edges of the branch and leopard - it gives the subject a "pasted-in" look which I know you wouldn't do.

Sorry for being so blunt - you know I am a big fan of your work...just don't think the conversion has added anything here - if anything it has detracted from the image? What do you think? Would you mind posting the original?

I know you have a big passion to get your perfect leopard shot...and I am sorry to hear your trip turned sour :(

Harshad, pose and comp works well but the halo makes it look unreal which I know (like others have said) that you would never do. However, it is an interesting effect and shows what can happen in extreme lighting conditions.
