Bosque del Apache NM is not just for the birds. If you look close and I mean close there are some incredible small creatures out there watching you. We played peek ka boo before he give me this shot.

Hi Gary, I can't quite get my bearings with this one, which way is up? I feel like it could be rotated clockwise quite substantially but maybe that doesn't match reality?
The gopher looks great, would be glad to spot one too.
A difficult angle for viewing, it looks as if you were over the top of him looking down. Do you have one of him while you were @ ground level as it might be easier for the viewer. Good sighting. Exposure and sharpness look good on the little guy.
