    I work hard at getting the hummers wild and no flash d300 f8 1/1600 500f4 tripod wimberly --had to resize it smaller hope this works ??

    lovely capture Jeff..... u might want to run a noise filter on the BG....

    This is very nice. BG noise doesn't seem bad too me.

    Hi Jeff you did obtain a sharp hummer in a good pose Would like seeing less of the perch Its dominating as presented Also the shadow across the chest detracts form the overall feel !!!

    I like bg a lot Very pleasing Not easy photographing them in the wild with no controlled conditions !!!!

    lovely image considering the fact that u did'nt use a flash. agree with alfred on perch.

    the shadow is the wing but by perch you mean the plant it is feeding on ??
