I am about to head off to Norway to photograph nothern light landscapes and possibly some wildlife (lynx/maybe wolves). This is from 2 years ago, when Jasper and I had a great spring with this familly of Great crested Grebes. When I get back I'm surely gonna give them a visit again. Taken in late afternoon light

    C & C are always welcome,

A wonderful find. I love the low angle and the colors in this image. I wonder if lessening the contrast a bit would improve the image?

Stunning image Krijn, the angle and details are fantastic and the peek a boo youngster is sweet. Maybe a touch saturated for my taste.

Wonderful image, Krijn. Having both eyes visible adds a lot to the image. Seeing the full face of the young one would put this over the top. I love your shooting angle and the background it created. I also like the soft light, it really works for this image.

A masterful image. Having the little's one full face visible would have been the over the top it needed but certainly a minor nit.
