    Noce capture of this young buck. You did well with the mixed lighting and is good and sharp. Comp wise I think something like this is a bit stronger, see what you think. Let me know if you would like it removed.

    Hi Troy, I think I prefer the OP as the format echoes the pose/posture of the Buck. I personally would have shot more 'open' just to help diffuse the BG, as I feel it is competing a little with the detail of the Buck. :)

    Steve, a valid point. I was so excited to see this Buck. He was not in the open for that long. I was afraid the DOF was not enough as I was not too far away.

    Great comp and I like the lip curl. The horizontal works better for me.
