    Hi Richard, The teal could use a little more room in front of its head in the picture. More room will ease up the tension that a viewer might feel. Background needs work with noise removal softwear, try different ones, the results will vary. This teal picture is a good case for a Better Beamer and a little flash to lighten up the shadows. Good head angle. You might try to lighten the eye next time you work on this file.

    space and eye lightening no problem
    hopefully Santa will bring flash guns and better beamer!
    I dont see significant noise in the BG and I did apply 50 in ACR; I will quick mask and run higher level in PS5 instead. exposure should have been +0.66 I guess

    Beautiful Duck. Would it be possible to photograph from a lower angle?
