I love this image! The layers are interesting and the middle layer invites me to look closer and see what's there. Nice exposure and composition.:)
Wow, really nice Denise. I knew you would get some good ones at Bosque! Love the abstract organic look, like a woven fabric of burlap and cotton or a Shetland Pony's mane. Sweet! :cool:

Denise, I think the vertical pan blur works very well for this image. Wonderful image!
Denise, I love everything about this. The colors are gorgeous and I love the different layers. The only thing I find a bit distracting is one small squarish brown spot about half way up and a little to the right of the middle.

I like the colors, layers and light. But it's not my favorite of your recent blurs.......hard to explain. Something to do with repeating diagonals that draw me away from the beautiful lighting and colors................Of course, I don't know anything about abstracts, so my two cents can go out with the bath water.............:)

Denise, a very interesting effect. Although this is panned blurred geese, The lower layer reminds of a fire licking the flames into the air. The middle layer being the smoke. I like this lots.
Another excellent blur, Denise. I love the golden light in between and the pattern. Very creative.
This is outstanding. I am glad you told us what the subject matter is; I could easily have thought it to be a field of wheat in the early morning mist. Guess I am going to have to add another book to the eBook library -something about blurs!

I was thinking of you last night while doing vertical blurs on the outdoor Christmas lights!
Such a beauty of an image, Denise. I like blurs best when they are barely there or totally abstract and this one works so well on the second count. The colors and the mix of whites are sweet but the implied motion is fantastic.
I like this one - colors and pattern. I had the same thought as Stuart. I see flames leaping upward. The texture even makes it crackle.
