Default Dec 2010 Total Lunar Eclipse

Mark Dec 20-21 on those holiday calendars and take the 21st off of work. The first total lunar eclipse since Feb 2008 will be visible for all of North America.

Partial begins at 1:32 a.m. EST, Dec 21
    Totality is from 2:40am - 32am EST, Dec 21

    Default Check Wikipedia

Check out "Lunar Eclipse" in Wikipedia -- they have a wonderful section on the subject with animations, definitions, images and charts that list the times for the various phases of the eclipse for your time zone. It's a top-notch piece of work!
