    Yet another image of this bird...the BG is as shot - thunderclouds threatening in the East with the sun setting in the West, casting the bird in glorious late afternoon light.

    All comments and crits welcome...

    Morlel,

    This is much, much better than your earlier post of the same breed, the light was clearly more in in your favour here. The neck and head stand out really well and the black has detail.

    Hey Mork, I actually enjoy these guys. When exposed correctly as in this, they always produce the goods. Well exposed on both the blacks and whites, and like the swept back wings.

    Nice one Morkel, exposure spot on with this difficult black and white bird, good detail on the head which is usually the killer. Just love the dangling feet.
