    Hi Chris,

    Picture pretty, aren't we ? :)

Lovely setting that I may have shot vertically. I would go back a tiny bit in the sharpening, totally easy to fix!

Glad to see you here :)

Welcome. Love the bird, the sharpness, the exposure, the lovely composition. Could do without the sharp thorn/spike (hawthorne???) just above the bird's head....

    Later and love, artie

A very nice image. Composition & colors are excellent. As Fabs mentioned, a wee bit over sharpened and can be easily fixed. No other nits at all imho. Congratulations on a creating a wonderful image and thank you for sharing.

    Regards,

Well executed. The bg is superb an soft your bird is pin sharp. That thorne above its head makes it almost look like he is a dual bill warbler. :D

I would add a touch more space behind it.

Great setting, pose and details. I might put the bird a little bit further to the left in the frame and I'm not sure about the longish thorn, either.

I like the settings of branches, leaves and flowers. Agree about the thorn above the bird. Should be easy to fix. :)

Fabulous first post Christian, welcome to BPN! Love the colours, pose, setting. I wish for more room behind him. I didn't notice the thorn at first above his head, now it is right there in the way.
