Did you train them to do that?
Interesting perspective. Good job.
excellent image! I was trying to get a similar perspective with sparrows just recently, but they had other ideas. Shame about the grey bar in the background, I imagine this is part of the structure they were sitting on?
Love this shot. The eye contact makes it very effective with all the other gulls.
Beautiful composition, Kaustubh. I like the eye contact and the light. Nicely exposed.
This capture realliy works. Love the way they are all lined up, and the light is gorgeous.
I like it, Kaustubh. As you know, I'm partial to gulls. This reminds me of the effect you get looking into a mirror with another mirror behind you.
Kaustubh:
This one works for me. I knew from the thumbnail that I would like it!
Nicely exposed, sharp on front, love the symmetry of the first four bills.
Well seen and captured.
Cheers
Randy
Kaustubh, I really like this image. You got all your gulls in a row! Beautiful exposure too.
Super creativity and execution. Congrats.
Congrats on a well executed concept. I wish that we could see the eye of the second bird. (Could you have gotten a bit higher???)

Very creative and a great eye for an unusual though interesting composition. Light is great as well.

Thanks KD. I figured that getting higher would have been pretty difficult at best. Here's a trick that can get you a few extra inches at least: pull the legs of the tripod together a bit. It works well when you have lots of shutter speed and are not too worried about stability.

A funny shot KD and well done for getting in position and visualizing the possibilities. I think that ring-bills have the most photogenic eye. Thanks.

Brilliant image KD. Very well composed.
Kaustubh, awesome comp. Love the perspective.
What an amazing photo, it has everything...
too good of a visionary execution
Thx everyone. I will post one that I took from a different shooting position later today.
Loved the frame bhai..
