    Marc,

    Truly beautiful.

You had some good light here, might take a little from the top, sorry to comment on this.

Sweet portrait of the little one in great light. Almost a little to sharp, agree with Ken re: taking a little from the top. Well done.

Nice light and I like the way the kitten is looking out of the frame. I might take just a little off the top to put more emphasis on the subject.

    Marc,

Killer looking cat. I agree with Ken on cropping from the top some.

Though I am not adverse to the contrast Marc, you might try a reverse s-curve here to lower the contrast.

Marc - huge cuteness factor here. I agree on the suggestion of taking a bit from the top. This seems to have been a very successful trip.

awesome sighting in great light...agree on taking some from the top! I'm fine with the contrast on the cat - maybe apply Robert's reverse S-curve on a masked BG only?

    Marc,

Fantastic portrait of a seriously cute little feline with the classic, intense stare. A little off the top please, unless you are leaving room for the title of the magazine cover.:)

    Marc,

I most say that your repost makes a phenomenal difference!! The slight drop in contrast brings out the soft fur details and changes the whole image for the better. I don't know if you just changed the background as suggested but the subject looks better as well.....maybe just an optical illusion. Awesome shot.

Should have also mentioned that I used Robert A's tip (Multiply Blending Mode - Creating a Luminosity Mask) also.:D

    Marc,

It is difficult to compare the repost to the OP without side by side but I think the repost makes the fur slightly too dark, but it is a long time since I have seen one. I think it still needs a little more from the top, unless it is used fora magazine cover:D
