A new species for me! I like the multi-colored bill. Sharpness looks good. I would go a little brighter on the bird. There appears to be a slight blueish cast, which should be easy to eliminate. I would consider cloning out the pinkish-gray stuff at the top of the frame. From a tech standpoint, I tend to avoid ISO 100 with a 600mm lens; there's very little noise at ISO 200-400, and I prefer to have the extra shutter speed.

Nice bird and composition. I like Doug's advice and suggestions, and I'd add that the image could use a tad more contrast. Overall well done!

Again, as per Doug, there is not much advantage in keeping your setting at ISO 100 for bird photography (with any lens). Higher ISO gives you higher SS...upping your chance of success in case of action, or other instances where said higher SS could come in handy...

Nice Stork profile Waqar, love the pastel colours around the beak and eye and good eye contact. My first sighting of this bird.TFS.

Thank you very much guys, i really appreciate your input and advice.
Yesterday it was raining heavy and all cloudy, i got lucky i catch him just 5 minute before rain starts and i was stranded in a small shelter for 2 hours under heavy rain (i am very lucky my setup didn't got wet).
In my first post i am putting side by side both original and changed picture, if i brighten bird more then all feather become very bright :(.
@Daniel you know why picture icon is not appearing in main page (is my resolution incorrect?).

seems i cannot edit my first post so i will post both pictures here to compare

I played with adjustment layer->Hue/Saturation and then adjusted cyan to overcome blueish color (sorry not very expert in photoshop).

Looks better! Here's my version. Of course I don't have the benefit of knowing what the bird looks like. I think I like your repost better than mine.
