Hope no one is getting tired of these guys. Love getting images of these bighorns during the rut. The males always have this attitude, which I tried to convey in this image, especially with the eye. Thanks for looking.

Another very well executed portrait. Nice pose with excellent sharpness and exposure. Love the bg and the bit of grass adds a nice touch.

The subtle head turn, BG and detail on the coat and horns is first class Dan.

Hi Dan, well the curve of that closest horn, the eye, and the piece of grass make this a brilliant portrait for me. Superbly done

    Hey Dan,

I promise you aren't getting in a rut.....no pun intended. Here is a news flash!!!!......This is my favorite bighorn shot yet, at least in recent memory. The crazy "rut eye" and the piece of grass are priceless. And as Steve mentioned the other day in a S. Canuel shot, you caught the detail in the nose which can really make a shot with this point of view. As said above, just a superb image. Great work.

Dan - I like the slight head turn and the blades of grass just add to it.
