Eurasian Collard Dove?? or Mourning Dove?

ID please. Taken in Florida near Okeeheelee in February 2010.

My best guess is Eurasian Collared-Dove because it has no black spots on the back and no black cheek spot as the Mourning Dove and it has the black mark on the neck. The color overall is more similar to the ECD also since the Mourner is more gray colored. I can't see the end of the tail, but I don't think it is tapering like the Mourner, so that would also point to the ECD.

The only thing that is confusing to me is that it appears to have the blue eye ring that a Mourner has. I don't think the ECD has that?

I'm very curious to see what the experts say.

Yes, that's a Collared Dove. They do have a slight eye ring.

An obvious mark for Collared and against Mourning Dove is the lack of dark spots on the wings. A bit of the dark collar is also showing.

As soon as I saw the red iris I knew this was not Mourning Dove...thanks to the others for pointing out the other field marks to clinch it as ECD.
