1. This is an image I worked on this summer, my sister really likes Puffins (who doesn't), so I was trying to work on an image that could be transferred to canvas and look ok..

I worked on this for a while and then forgot about it till today, I copied, pasted the Puffin in, close to the edge for some added color.
Fotosketcher watercolor...
Used a brush to paint in the rocks under the bird..added a leg...then framed
I wanted most of the emphasis on the waves crashing the rocks.
It seemed to be perfect for the theme...and Christmas still a ways off, so I've got time to work on it some more

Shoreline was from Honduras, Puffin from Iceland.... ... added the frame.
