    Default WILDE SUROUNDED BY LIONS

This Wilde was caught napping away from the main heard, the Lions blended into the long dry grass so well that one of the lionesses was just a mere 2 meters away, they quickly surrounded him with the experienced Adults trying to get the older cubs involved, which i have never witnessed before, it was Animal behavior at its best!!

A superb and very compelling image. I might consider a very slight crop from the left to remove the slither of background wildebeest face and horn.

Very strong image Ken. Love the action captured, maybe a slight contrast boost to pop the lions. Nicely spotted and created. Well done.

Hi Ken, this is a wonderful shot for me. The story is told with the lions around the wildebeest, but what really makes it special for me is the line of anxious wildebeest in the background...super shot. Well done. I agree with removing lhs wildebeest sliver.

this truly is a fantastic image for all the reasons mentioned Ken...I agree with the slight crop off LHS, and would actually like to see this as a B&W conversion as well...the spectators put this over the top :D

Love the tension and drama depicted here Ken, the onlooking Gnu's watching like a crowd at a football match.

Hunting lions as they know best. Great capture of an intended kill, and good to see the different ages of the lions.

Ken - this is an amazing capture, I think it's my new favorite of yours. Great interaction and I like the soft color. Hope the little cub in the fg stayed out of harm's way.

Great action and it really tells a story. I really like the wildebeests in the background.

Neat shot. Makes me think of a gladiator in the coliseum with the other wildes serving as spectators to cheer him on.
