    This is a Male Kestrel, this handsome dude was posing and I was happy shooting.

    spec: 1/1250, F 8, ISO 800, + 2/3

    What light and colours here Kiranbhai. I like the look back pose, detail and sharpness. That BG is superb. Maybe a little tight LRC.:)

    A little more room at the top should help IMO.

    Very nice, I love the pose. The leaves peeking in at right are a nice touch. I'm wondering it the blacks could go a bit darker, but all else is top notch. Congrats!

    Kiran,

    I am so jealous as I dream of photographing this bird, which is common in my state of Missouri, but I've failed so far. This portrait is dreamy in color and composition and the image is 3D sharp. The yellow around the eye and the capture of they eye itself are wonderful as well. I love this one very much. Thanks.

    Oh, I'm enjoying this one. Another possible crop would have more space northwest of the kestrel. You'd have a line moving from the tail through the head and into space. Remarkably, you seem to be level with the bird. How did you manage that?
