    Default Groovy water

This is a shot of wind rippled water reflecting a small amount of fall colors and blue sky. I applied a large amount of contrast and that's about it. There really isn't any focal point but I like the colors. :)

    Ken,

I would say that you have certainly achieved the goal of this theme. I like the colors as well. Also like the patterns in all of the swirls.

Ken, where is this weekly theme described or did you just create/start it?

I have been sitting on a few such similar (great english!) that I have been sitting on.

Do you add to this thread or do you simply post another in OOTB with a specific title?
    Cheers, Jay

    Hey Ken,

Groovy indeed! The red and blue swirls are beautiful and the surface textures make this even more interesting. Nice find...............

Jay, This is the link to the weekly themes. It is on top of the index page, above the most recent posting. There are a couple of other stickies there that might interest you as well.

No problem with the "english" you Ausies have a different way of interpeting it anyway, as do us Yanks! :D The Brits are the ones that really butcher it though!!!

By the way, one condition of posting here is that you let us know where in this vast world you are posting from, at the time of submission. This around the world stuff will not suffice! :p

Ken, I too like the groovy water. Excellent colors of the reflected light. TFS.

Hi Ken, with great colors like that you don't need a focal point. I love these type of images.
