    This is from few months ago taken close to sunset... there were large number of snowys and great egrets feasting together often squabbling for space. I picked-up one prominent snowy from the back of the flock and zoomed into it to get the effect. Here is my settings -

    7D, 98-280mm @193mm handheld
    1/8 sec, f/16 Mode: Tv Metering: Evaluative Exp comp: -1/2 ISO: 100 (auto)

    For pp, increased a bit of saturation, applied nr and usm. Hope you like it.

    Hi, Indranil. Nice zoom blur. I think it works well with those two egrets at middle right as the center of attention.

    Wicked effect! Well executed. Lovely low light colours. I'd only crop at top to eliminate the paler band above...it would strenghten the comp IMO.
