    Default Eurasian Jay

This one I made last weekend from a shalter in the wood with poor light conditions. This bird is a little bite shy but I have him (again)

Nice pastel colors and my eye goes directly to the black and white wing in the center of the bird -- and that be a good thing. I wish for a little more room on top as it looks like the bird is ducking to stay in the picture.

Nice colours on this bird Willem and good detail and exposure. Would have liked a better head angle but still like the eye contact and image overall.

Beautiful bird, and very sharp as posted for the slow SS. Nice even BG. Quite tight in the frame though. Did you lure this jay in with food?

Nice details on the bird and that is a great perch. But, there is something odd in the processing as the bird (especially the tail) and the left of the perch look a bit like a cut-out and the background is very even.
